I was on a call with a client yesterday. Like all my clients, he is learning to improve his sales and make more money, and he had various questions about the outbound techniques, demoing, negotiation etc.. In his case, he had experienced success as an SDR and was promoted to an Account Executive, so we were going over his plan for the quarter, and what and why everything was required.
After about 30 minutes, he asked
